Landscape/Hardscape Foreman, Job Description

We seek a passionate, experienced landscape/hardscape foreman for our fast-growing company. As Team Leader, you are responsible for leading a team of up to 4 people while delivering services. Our clients trust us to provide personalized quality services and you are the key to helping us meet these expectations. You are a proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with the public and motivate those around you. You have a strong work ethic and can effectively manage time to meet deadlines. You have experience in landscaping and previous supervisory experience, as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. Desired Requirements:

• Two years experience in this or a landscaping adjacent field
• Operate a variety of equipment including but not limited to a skid steer, a truck with a trailer, an excavator, and compactors
• Landscape installation experiences: installation of patios, retaining walls, sod, irrigation, plants, and lighting
• Attention to detail is essential, you are responsible for your crew’s overall job quality
• Willingness to work the occasional (paid) overtime
• Ability to efficiently organize a crew and create work plans for daily and weekly operations
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
• Have a can-do attitude and an ability to inspire those who work for you.
